      I made several online purchases..the first one was may 2 2022..I reached out to the company..and no response..it's been over 3 months.i feel this is theft at this point

      Hello,

      On May 2, 2022 I put in an order with this company and when I placed the order they let you know that due to Covid things were a little behind it would take till June to send out your stuff. I understood it in on June 8 I received the email saying that There was a shipment for my order. As of today August 20 I have not received anything and it still is sitting in pre-shipment on the post office website. I would like a delivery of my items or a refund

      I have 2 orders out with them, 1st 1 placed in May, 2nd the beginning of June (first week). No items have arrived and no communication has been returned—calls, messages via email and social media. An attempt at leaving a review on Facebook automatically defaults to recommend so explains the 5 star rating.

      I placed an order with this business in early May 2022 with the expected ship date around June 10, 2022. The shipping was delayed for some reason about bottles. I was patient then, but now it’s august 7, 2022 and I haven’t heard ANYTHING and I’ve sent many emails and messages about my order, and gotten no response! I ordered approximately $200 worth of products and this is unacceptable!!

      I have tried to contact merchant serveral times using the email and phone number (601) 665-4495 and no one answer and you can not leave a message regarding my order **** placed on July 16, 2022 . Although the site is still up, and I continue to send emails I received no answer this has been going on 2 weeks . I have got a confirmation that my item was shipped July 19 and it has not moved in over 10 days. I am to try to reach the merchant as the site might be closing soon and I will have no way of receiving my money back. If the site is close how I get my money back? Afterpay is telling me to reach out to the fraud seller which will be closing when they can refund my $22.88 payment of stop these payments until the matter is resolved before the site is shut down and no way to contact them. The reason they are not replying back to me because they are going to close and take my money and Afterpay is not helping by telling me to contact a merchant that is not answering my emails or phone calls.
