5 starsNeeded a person with experience, expertise and skills for various repairs that others tried to fix, but could not, high professional standards and quality of work. **** is that. Repairs included straightening/cleaning problem gutters, color matching grout, electrical fire remediation (next day), landscape design and installation, wood floor/doors/concrete porch refinishing, plumbing, pressure washing wood fencing … all completed to satisfaction. Great communication and explanation of steps needed to correct issues. He is thorough and determined to get to the root of problems, not temporary fixes. Also, he identified and corrected issues that are easy fixes now, such as fixing cracking brick mortar, that would have led to structural/foundation problems in the future. 5 stars**** is top notch! He helped solve a unique problem that we had been dealing with for years that no other contractor could seem to fix. I really appreciated his clear communication and detailed explanation of what actually was going on and how to address it. He was determined to figure out the root cause of the ongoing issue and did not stop until he was confident that it was fixed. You can tell that he cares a lot about the quality of his work and making sure that the customer is satisfied. They installed siding that was missing on our house. It was hard to find material at this time when there are so many shortages but they were able to find quality material to do the job and in this summer heat they worked like the pros they are to do an excellent job. In fact the replacement they installed matched the other siding in size and color. He took the time to make sure he matched the color by making adjustments to the color as it had faded in time. It was a pleasure to have such a excellent quality service and we are once again proud of how our house looks. They were also very pleasant and personable. I will definitely call them again if I should need their help.A Handy Tech 2000
