    Nevels was contracted to install an EV wall charger toward the end of last year. The tech struggled and cussed the connections stating, if you do not get it right it will arch. Two months later, it arched at the connection and burned up the unit at the connection. It could have been my house if not fast acting.
    The owner, *****, rushed out there, but I would soon find out it was only to clear his name. He told me the connection was tight. I'm not an expert but it looked more melted together than anything.
    I told him accidents happen. It was a used one and if he would help with the install, I would buy a new one ($500). This is after I paid $380 old unit and $1900 for his install that obviously did not work. He sends the same tech to install. He stated, this one was much easier. That other cable was impossible. Man if you do not get the cable flat, it will arch. So, the tech even believed it was their issue.
    As much as I wanted to sue this person, especially and after a few folks have come forward to mention his wrong doings. I just don't have the mental space to deal with people like this. We also do not have a justice system I'm proud of here locally.
    People make mistakes. No problem. When they lie, I can have nothing to do with these jokers. I have multiple businesses and would not be in business conducting in this manner. He even took some of my good parts with him and still charged me. Just a snake and the head of it is the owner.
    **** is where I would classify this organization. ***** might be a better choice in this area.
