    No service no phone calls no generator finance product through bank I would like my money back and this not to affect my credit. Synchrony bank disputing my claim then what? Why should the customer have to go through turmoil for someone mishandling there business.

    This address is an empty building. We paid Over $12,000.00 in November 2021 and we have no product. We went to the address and empty suite with a trailer with a flat tire on the outside. We were constantly told delay due to different factors, now no answer on the phone and no product.

    I scheduled an appointment with Generator Power Solutions of Pearl, MS to come to my mother's house last year (2022), in April, to see what Generac product would be needed for our home. That went well and my mom proceeded to paying the first half of the cost ($5,073.15) with an ETA of 20 weeks for installation. Since that time, I have called Generator Power Solutions many times seeking an update and was given various reasons for the delay (i.e. product had not arrived yet but should be in the next month, scheduling conflicts such as overbooking, employee terminations which resulted in needing to train new hires, general demand of products vs. lack of installers). The lady I have spoken with every time I have called, whose name is ****** I believe, has been very professional and understanding of my displeasure. However, it has now been over 12 months and my mom and I are very concerned when or if we will get our product. Now today, when I went to the BBB's site to see what was being said about Generator Power Solutions, I see a "SUSPENDED" status on this business as of yesterday, May 19, 2023. This has prompted me to submit this review. I intend to follow up with the business again late next week (probably Friday), and depending on the response I get there will determine how I will proceed (i.e. visit the BBB office in Flowood or seek legal counsel).
