    I made an purchase to this company Rainbow and they totally just like any other sales company and skip around vital information. I was told based on getting this product you either join a program to give the company at least 6 people that may be interested, but if you have a total of 12 that would be the maximum of people needed. They stated at least 2 people out of the 6 normally purchases or join the program. In which those 2 people purchasing or joining the program will pay off your machine. The sales representative would go out and conduct the presentation and if they join or purchase the machine that would go towards your machine. So as I was going through the process of submitting my people information, I was informed that I would need to meet them there. As being surprised,
    I informed them that I wouldn't be able to be in attendance, because of my hectic schedule taking care of an disabled ill family member and having my 2 year old all day as well. Not once did she mention that you had to be in attendance of the presentations. The young lady stated that they prefer married people because they are more financially stable, and you had to be working. At this time I informed her I was not working and were in process of transitioning into another department. With no knowingly date of when that would be. Also I gave them onecard information in which didn't work, but my other bank information I gave worked, but before giving that information I told her that my account is on hold because of some other bank issues and she said oh that's fine you can get it removed at anytime we just need something to get you approved. Also, she told me to tell them that I was employed and the reasoning for that she stated was just so she can get me approved. So, me trying to help them out with the program and the fact I liked the machine. I was willing to try. Spoke to owner he was rude, I was speaking he spoke over me and as I continue told me to stop talking & said couldn't help.

    This is in response to the complaint ********.


    When we spoke with S******** after her purchase she mentioned she did know about the program and wanted to do it but wouldn't be able to attend. She was asked if she received the paperwork at the time of her showing and spoke with the company on the phone, she stated she did. In the paperwork that is signed, on the 1st page, in bold print, it states that in order to participate in the program you must book and attend the showings. The program is of course optional. She asked for someone else to call her after being short and rude on the phone. She was informed someone would call her the next day as it was after 5 that day. The next day she did call and apologize for being rude and would wait for someone to call. Upon the call back she was yelling on the phone and continued to say she didn't have time to read over everything but she did sign and have copies of everything. She asked for the contract for the purchase to be canceled and was informed that the purchase of the machine and participation in the program were separate things and we are not able to cancel a purchase contract she has with a company separate from us. She then stated if we couldn't cancel it then why were on the phone. We advised she requested a follow up and that was what was happening. She again acknowledged that she had all the paperwork and even spoke with the company on the phone where they ensured she understood everything at the time of purchase. We told her at that time we would be able to assist with the program but if she chose to participate in the optional program she would need to attend. At that time she hung up on the office staff again. In close we are able to assist if she chooses to participate but are unable to cancel any purchase with another company.
