    Gutters were installed improperly over the drip edge, should have been installed under the drip edge. They need to be removed and installed property so they can work. Also the holes in the aluminum fascia allows moisture to the wood behind it, which in time, will rot the wood.

    I had gutters installed at my new house over a year ago. Supposed to be a lifetime warranty on all work. Well every time it rains, water goes every on all of my porches and not the downspout due to not being installed at the proper level and correctly. When I asked the owner to come please fix this, he installed a new downspout in one area and wanted to charge for the work and materials. Still a problem after the additional downspout and now when I ask about it he comes back and says it’s a problem with how they built the house and the roof is what’s causing the mishap. If that’s the honest problem, why was this not addressed before doing a full gutter installation with warranty with nothing being said about possible issues.
