    Next Gen came to fix ceiling fan and the lights next to it. Man came and spent hours trying to find problem but didn't fix it and promised to come back to finish the job. They refused to answer my many calls and never came back but charged me $125 for "diagnosing" the problem which they NEVER diagnosed. Basically they stole $125 from me. I'm 76 living on a fixed income and cannot afford to GIVE AWAY $125 for NOTHING! Since they didn't know what they were doing and never came back, they should never had taken my $125. I would like the theft of this returned to me so that I may find someone competent enough to fix my problem.
