Approached the drive through to buy tobacco. The employee was on her phone when she came to the window. She was asked if they had the wolf fine cut in the red and black can in the 10 can box. She replied no they did not. She was then asked to provide two 5 can rolls. The employee asked if I wanted the 2 rolls in a bag and I said yes that would be fine. I took the tobacco and laid it on my car seat and drove away. I got down the road a small piece and noticed she gave me the wrong tobacco. I went back to exchange and pulled up to the drive through window and let the employee know they gave me the wrong tobacco. She said they could not refund or exchange it. I let her know she gave me the wrong product and all I needed was to exchange for the correct product. The employee asked another employee could they exchange the product. I did not hear the response, but the employee I was dealing with said no we can not exchange or refund after a purchase has been made. I proceeded to try and explain she gave me the wrong tobacco. This employee then tells the other employee to come deal with me. Employee #2 comes to the window and said they could not exchange or refund. I again tried to explain I was given the wrong product I did not ask for wintergreen. Very rudely, employee #2 says yes you did, I heard you. I told her she did not hear, because I never said anything about wintergreen. She then said she cannot exchange or refund without approval from our manager because it has to go through the register. I asked when her manager would be back and she said next Tuesday 1/16/24. I asked her what was the manager name and she said ****. I let her know I would be on Tuesday to see **** and the exchange the product. Employee #1 was nice and seemed to be a new employee. Employee #2 was past rude and has a terrible attitude. This is not my first time getting an attitude from this employee #2. I ignored the other visits thinking she may just be having a bad day.
