    If I can give a 0 star I will. both Expedia and this car rental company U-Save for false advertising. The reservation was supposed to be under a 'free cancellation, pay at pick-up' policy. I ran late, and while on my way, I received a notification that the reservation was canceled. 'Free cancellation policy?' Yet they canceled it and charged a no-show fee of $50 instead of simply charging for the day rental. Outrageous. Car rental company claimed that they gave a me courtesy 1hr window pickup from the schedule time. Expedia should be held responsible for the misleading advertisement. Instead they claim that nothing can be done. So I lost $50

    I have been trying to get my deposit back from them for 10 days now Every time I try to call they hang the phone up.on me so I called from a different number today, they answered it when I told her i'm trying to get my 500 deposit back.She hung the phone upon me

    This is a horrible, unprofessional company. I rented through Priceline (never will again) There was no one at the **Save counter so everyone was in one long line at an adjacent counter. There was a hold put on my debit card which I was told that after 7-10 business days it would be released back into my account. After the waiting period, I contacted the company. I had to email since one phone number rang to a completely unrelated company, (a hearing company), and the other automated number just repeated in a loop never taking me to a person. I received an answer to my first email, but she (***********************) asked for other information regarding my rental, which I provided, but she failed to resolve the issue. Further emails went unanswered & issue was not resolved. As of writing this, there is still a hold on my money. I have bills that are going unpaid due to this. This company is a scam.

    This felt like a complete scam. Priceline should not permit U-Save on it's platform. It felt very scammy to me so we decided to walk away. We waited more than 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport (even though I called twice). The ride was about 15 minutes to get to the U-Save building (I had no idea it wasn't located right at or next to the airport). Once we arrived, there was a lot of bait and switch. I'd purchased insurance that clearly specified that it permitted an extra driver at no additional cost, but when I arrived the counter agent said an additional driver would be $60, refused to honor the coverage and said I had to show him where it stated that on my confirmation (knowing full well that terms are not listed on a confirmation). He tried to add lots of other bells and whistles and rudely told us to just get back on the shuttle if we no longer wanted the car. I guess that's their raquet. They know it takes nearly an hour to get to them so once you're there, they try to trap you with bogus additional fees assuming you'll feel trapped and just agree to them. When I asked for his name and manager's name, he wouldn't provide any. When I suggested taking a picture, he pulled his sweater over his head, and ran out of the building....Unbelievable. Priceline shouldn't associate with this type of "business".

    I wish I could give a 0 review… I am highly disappointed with the lack of knowledge regarding policies when renting vehicles from this company. When originally booking 3 weeks prior to arrival I booked 4 vans for my team. I asked the worker when booking if I would be able to change reservations upon arrival incase we had to add or change a driver. I was informed that it would be no problem and that at the time of checkin inform the rep and she could change without an issue or charge. When we get there Wednesday July 17th around 9:30pm we spent 2 1/2 hours there because they did not have the vans we reserved 3 weeks in advance and we had to settle with squeezing a large party in small durango with no leg space. To top it off they put a $500 hold on each credit card on top of the price for renting all 4 vehicles. That’s $2000 just to hold.
    What made this very frustrating is when requesting to change reservations because we were told once we arrive it would be no problem, I was lied to… They then informed me it would be additional $70 to add a driver. We asked for a manager name and the lady assisting us advice she was a manager but advised she could not give us her name. She could not help us or address this issue. If I had known this would be a hassle I would have never rented from here. I will never rent from here and I would advise anyone to be careful with the hidden fees because they are quick to lie and you end up coming out of pocket even more than expected. They even lied and told us we had to get a pass for tole which is additional $50.. So that’s another $200 down the drain for 4 vehicles and we didn't pass any toles while here. This place is a complete scam!!

    This company doesn't care about its customers, or their safety. They have dirty rental locations, rude staff, hidden fees and broken down cars! Their customer service is horrible!!
