    I believe my package was stolen from the *** delivery driver. When I saw the package was delivered at 10:03 AM, I was excited. But I noticed that my ring doorbell didnt notify me that anyone was at the door. I then went to the tracking number and put in my zip code in (*****) to look at the proof of delivery. The door that the delivery driver took a picture of was not my door. So I said oh they mustve delivered it to the wrong address. I went to that door and knocked but no one was home. I then left a note leaving my number so they can get in touch with me. They later go in touch with me and said they didnt receive a package. So I believed they were lying at first, but I asked around some more and my neighbor had a package delivered at the same time mine was delivered, but she didnt receive her package either. The proof of the delivery she had was the same picture I received. I contacted *** about this and they said the package was delivered and there is nothing they can do about it. Is there anything you guys can do about it? Also my apartment number is 1514 and in the picture Im going to attach, its shows a package at 1021, an apartment FAR away from my apartment.     This is a *** Store.  We have nothing to do with the delivery of items from ***.  The tracking number provided did not originate from our store, so he has sent the complaint to the wrong company.  He will need to contact ********************* here in **********  We are just a small franchise store where as they are the huge delivery company.  I hope this clarifies things for you.  The number for the *** Hub is ************
