    I could never recommend renting from or doing business with these people. Someone referred me to them on 9/2/22 & I went to view a unit that day after texting with them (the only way they talk to you). They had a unit they said I could move into by 9/4/22, then move me over to a newer unit I was most interested in at the end of Sept when it was ready. I completed the application the same day for $75. On 9/4 they told me I could move in on 9/6. On 9/6 I texted them & they did not reply. I was stranded by them twice by now. A myriad of text messages with them for the next 1.5 months went unanswered. I was constantly given the runaround & they seemed more confused the few times they actually replied. I drove there & saw curtains in the windows of the new unit I anticipated moving into. I could only assume they rented it to someone else while they kept telling me it would’ve been available for me to move into. A friend of mine & their tenant who referred me also tried contacting them for me to no avail. On Sept. 30 I texted & asked them to return my application fee since they did not send me a lease as they’d promised & appeared to have rented to other people. On 10/11 I texted them again to ask for my refund & again, no response. I had to resort to disputing the transaction through my bank while pleading with them to refund me. It took several attempts for them to actually send my money back. Communicating with & attempting to rent from these people was a complete nightmare. I lost the prospect of renting other places that were long gone by that point in the semester. As an international doctoral student who was new to the area & didn’t know anyone here, I was totally stranded. I had to rent places short term & move around very often. I was in very uncomfortable situations because of their unprofessionalism & ineptitude. They ruined my semester totally & maybe my entire year. Rent from these people at your own risk but I would advise you to avoid them at ALL COSTS!
