    10/08/2024 I arrive at the Gold Strike Hotel. My checkout date was 10/10/2024 I was given room 208 on the second floor because I requested a lower room.I checked in and around 4p.m. The room had two queen beds, and I asked if they clean their room each day and I was told no. I was told if I need new towels or anything I could request it.10/09/2024 I woke up around 7:30 a.m. and sit on the side of the bed looking at TV. I glance over at the other bed and saw a bug crawling from the bottom of the bed to the top. I immediately jumped up and grabbed a cup to try and capture the bug, it looked like a baby *****. I placed the cup on the bed and push a piece of paper down in it. I then called the front desk and spoke to the person who last name was West. I told Ms. **** what happen, and she asked me was I ok, and I said I don't know I just do not want to take bugs home. She offered the streaming of the luggage, but I could only have clothes in it. I said I have a suitcase with only clothes, and it can be steamed. She did say we will move you. I said I am in my Pajamas I need a little time she said will 8:00 a.m. be ok and I told her ok. I began to rush around and grab my things from the bathroom and find something to put on. Around 8:00 a.m. the housekeeping person came and got my luggage, and another person got my luggage to steam, and they gave me the key to room 707. I was told by Ms. **** that I would get my luggage back from steaming in about an hour. I told her I had a meeting, and she said she would place it in my room. She also said that risk management would contact me about the *********** luggage was in the room 707 when I return from the meeting, but no one contacted me from risk management about the incident. I checked out on 10-10-2024 and I got my receipt, and I told the desk person that no one from risk management had contacted me about the incident. She said would like to talk to housekeeping and I said not now I am leaving.

    I am a loyal Goldstrike customer that visits Every month and hav been for years---even when MGM owned the property. My level of play is rated the same, if not above, some players that were selected and invited to their Epic tier status in January, 2024. I've asked about the criteria for the Epic tier level, but only receive the same answer---it is by selection only--no point value or play level provided. Observance would suggest that it is about rewarding and promoting the Superficial rather than the Substantial.In 2023, I obtained the MultiPlatium Level ****** pts. (one level before Epic) twice over before all my points disappeared and started me over to the bottom tier. I reported it in writing and inquired with the host, players club desk, everyone I knew and was told that there was a glitch in the system and that they were working on it. The players club desk told me that I could check my real points anytime with them until the system glitch was fixed. But the kiosk never displayed my true points throughout 2023. I always checked my true points at the ************ desk and last checked I was at ****** points by end of 2023. Now currently I have accumulated over ****** points---less than ***** shy of Multiplatium status again. I travel over 120 miles I travel over 160 miles every month to enjoy playing my cash money and the little rewards play to earn my tier status. I don't get the benefit and pleasure to enjoy Huge freeplay and cash that is GIVEN to selected players through drawings and the Epic status throughout Every Month. And I have not complained until now. In January and March, I received an increase of $650 freeplay, increase in food credit and rooms, In April, everything was taken back and I can't receive a justification for this action. I have financial records of my cash play every month this year and it has been thousands. I even emailed the casino contact person on website ************************************************* but heard nothing.
