    I was discriminated racially profiled harassed thrown out and banned by security (****** ****** security supervisor) for simply standing there simple review just standing in the sportsbook mind you people have hats and glasses on throughout the casino but because I am a MAN OF COLOR they attempted to force me to remove my hood UNPROFESSIONAL I have video too this isnt the first time they have treated a paying customer like me HORRIBLY and it wont be the last!!!

    Find another hotel to stay our room was so dirty the dust was literally 1/2 inch deep on the lamps the toilet had a dirty ring in it. Hasn't been cleaned in a while. The couch had white lint, bugs or something on it. The floor and bathroom was filthy. The sheets were dirty but the beds were neatly made. When I went down to talk to the hotel clerk. She shrugged her shoulders and smiled. The room was complimentary but we had to pay for a $20 fee for a microwave and a resort fee for 2 nights. The room smelled like weed. Although the room was complimentary the experience of the room came with a complimentary slap in the face. We frequent this casino since the day it opened, stayed and paid for rooms. We are retired Military and disabled elderly couple and we won't stay again in the Horseshoe hotel. And we will never recommend anyone to stay. The casino, the hotel has totally declined in every aspect. And that is sad. It use to be so delightful. What happened? BTW, I took pictures. We will not patronize your hotel again.
