    This company is so bad they dont have no type of sources to help assist customers like myself in certain situations they are quick to repo your vehicle when you are not 30 days behind I was told they can repo after day 1 of missing your payment they also do not take partial payments they want it in full I think if someone makes a partial payment that they are trying in not trying to skip out on their payment. When you call to explain your situation they do not emphasize with you at all we need to know if these are barnhall rules or the lender that they use also I dont see the terms in conditions for repossession on any of the paperwork

    I’ve had my car for over a year and I’ve tried to refinance it through other banks but suspiciously enough there’s no history of me ever making any payments on this car so why should I keep paying them. When I’ve asked about it they don’t help at all they just tell me they don’t know.

    they are very rude and always sending threats to take your car even if your a day late never try taking partial payment like that’s the only bill you have you pay more than your car is worth your credit don’t go up my car payments are so high for a 2018 ! They call me every month there’s a problem and they lie sooo much about you not paying and I have all my receipts.

    This is the worst company to do business with, they are not helpful at all. They will even turn down your payment and tell you your car will be repo if you don't pay this day. When you trying to pay, but will not except your payment. ***** whos over my son account ***** S. she is the worst. She will not take my son payment for 564.90 towards his deferment because he didn't have the extra 187.00 toward they insurance when we was not told anything about insurance was going to be added to his car note when we made the arrangement for the car payment. I REALLY hope we can get the car refinance so we can leave this company alone.

    I am sorry to hear this. I will definitely investigate this matter. Please keep in mind that any financed company or bank will require full coverage insurance. If insurance is not provided to protect the company's collateral, then the bank will unfortunately be forced to add insurance itself to protect the asset.

    Barnhall Financial has the worst customer service representatives that I have ever spoke with! *****, which stated she is with management; asked my daughter why did she need her mother on the phone…. I stated because she was not 21 years old and her payments come from my account. She hung up the phone. I will seek litigation against this company for previous issues. Anyone that would like to be apart of this lawsuit, please reach out. I have asked if someone from their corporate office reach out and they have failed to do so!!! They have violated a lot of consumer laws also!!

    They are not reporting to credit bureaus! I purchased a vehicle under a "credit repair" program just to help fix my credit. I pay every single month WAY BEFORE my payment is due on the 29th. I pay around the 10th each month.. just to check my credit after having this vehicle for 5 months and they have NOT once reported anything to my credit! Waste of time! Waste of money! & they also ran my credit 8 times before even approving me when I first purchased this vehicle! TERRIBLE!!!!!

    I would like to assure you that Barnhall Financial does report to both Equifax and TransUnion credit bureau agencies. We upload the data file on the 5th of each month, as per our standard procedure. However, we have been made aware of some issues with TransUnion not reporting the data even after we have uploaded the Metro 2 file. Please know that we are actively working to resolve this issue.

    I am floored at the service I received from this company first off they are rude and very unprofessional. I had an altercation where I was making my payments online but had to send one via money order and one of the workers deliberately held my payment because she said I didn’t add a late fee and they didn’t take partial payments but after it was already excessively late submitted that same payment and then proceeded to send a repo man to picked up my car because of the same late payment she withheld on purpose and verbally told me she did which resulted in me paying a repo fee. To note all fees were payed the same day. This company is a straight rip of and wants to demean your character when they talk to you. Whom ever created this company clearly didn’t train for customer service. When I complete my payments they will never have to be worried about my business anymore. I would not recommend or indorse this company. My experience with this company has made me feel some type of way and others should know about the rude nature of this business to know at any time your payment can be withheld if they get mad because they can’t contact you and then wake up to a repo man at your home because of personal feelings showed by a worker. I stand on my review and I’m strictly appalled at their actions and they know the individuals involved. Customer service can make or break a business so evidently they forgot that part. And lastly I’m not a satisfied customer period.

    I am sorry to hear about your experience. I would like to talk personally with you to find out the name of the employee that acted in this regard.
    You do have a few options though.
    Option 1: Go to your bank or another auto finance company and have Barnhall Financial paid off.
    Option 2: Make your payments on or before your contractual due date. I know this sounds a little blunt, but Barnhall was built to give our customers a second chance at re-establishing their credit. Our goal is to move our customers out of the subprime high interest world and into a new vehicle with a much lower interest rate. We also make it a priority to try and finance vehicles for our customers that no other bank will finance. Why? Because we think that everyone deserves a reliable means of transportation.

    The workers are rude and they will talk down to you. ****** and her manager ***** both hung up in my face without giving me simple information about my own account. ***** also had an attitude and spoke rudely to me on the phone as I was trying to get said information.

    Well I think they are a great helpful company because my bank card was messing up and I had to send off for another one and they really worked with me so my experience with them was very helpful and amazing.

    The RUDEST people I’ve ever met! I’ve been with them for about 2 years now,every month when I call to make my payment they have the same monotoned voices and act like it’s taking every ounce of restraint from them to accept the payment,especially ***** * and shaina W !! I have been looking to refinance with a different company because I get anxiety trying to deal with them on a daily
