      Weeks ago I called Maytag/Whirlpool for warranty work on my new Maytag washer. Tutor is the company they use. After several days a man came & looked at it & supposedly ordered parts. I called them after 2 ************* were in & were sending repairman. Never showed. Was patient & continued to check back. Repeatedly stood up. Been weeks! Now, when I call they do not answer the phone!

      We had our washing machine serviced on Nov 2 2023. At that visit We asked if they could replace the gasket on our refrigerator. Nov 3 they charged our credit card $361.33 for the gasket before they would order it. On Nov 17 my wife called to recheck the washing machine as it wasnt working correctly. On that call we were told the gasket arrived and *****(?) would come to us Nov 20th. In spite of multiple calls on our part, we have yet to be called by the technician and havent received the gasket or seen a repairman. today is Dec 11 th!!! We want them to honor their work guarantee and install the gasket.
