    On February 6th, 2025 I purchased a headstone for my mother, the cost was $1600.00. I paid $800.00 down and was told that the photo that was to be added on the monument/headstone had to be ordered, but would be ready in two weeks. A month later he called and said that the photo was cracked and was being redone and that it would take another week to fix. Now its been over a month since we've talked to him and anytime we call he wont answer or answer and hang up. I would like a full refund of my $800.00 or i would like to pay the remaining balance and pick up my headstone that I have been waiting months on to place at the ************'s been hard enough dealing with the loss, but chasing this unprofessional guy has been extremely stressful.

    The date of the transaction was February 1, 2024. The amount of money involved is $1339($39-credit card payment charge to me) They committed to providing my sisters headstone by her birthday which was on February 25, 2024. The nature of the dispute is that it is 16 weeks later and we still DO NOT have my sisters headstone. There has been little to no communication and when communication is done it is us constantly calling. When calls are returned it one excuse after another or just plain untruths and broken promises. I’ve tried to talk with the person that did the transaction and I just recently sent an email to the owner of the company Receipt #****** The advertisement states that the turn around is 3-4 weeks for non special orders and 4-5 months for special orders. This WAS NOT a special order and it was a stone that we were told was in the shop on the day of ordered. The only hold up would be the picture if that, but NOT 16 weeks with ZERO communication as to what the issues are. We are the only ones communicating-calling.
