5 starsThe technicians from ******* were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Our AC/Heat pump were both old, and we were given estimates for both repair and installation of new units. We chose to replace entire system. Financing was quick and easy, and ******* personnel ensured we received all eligible credits for purchase of new unit. The new AC unit and Heat pump are much more efficient and effective. We were very satisfied with our experience and will continue to use ******* to maintain our new unit.Review fromMichael B

1 star2 years ago I purchased a unit from Keiths, it seems that the temp would never go below75 degrees'. They have been out many times, and even checked insulation in the house. Today I had them come to check ac, it would not go below 78. They told my wife that there were a few caps missing and it needed 4 lbs. of refrigerant. they were the only ones that have touched the unit. They picked the size of the ac and everything. Seems that either they were wrong about the size, or I was sold a lemon! Keiths has done nothing to fix the situation. My wife has COPD. I have recently bought a window AC unit to help.Review fromLarry E

The technician replaced the capacitor and pole contactor on my unit. Took about 30 minutes. $80 service fee and $425 in parts. Those parts are $20/$30 each. Quite a huge markup on parts. They never told me the parts cost before replacing. Invoice total was $540.35.Keith's Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

I purchased 2 new Heat pumps systems for my 2-story house in April 2022. In June my 11-year-old daughter told me she had to clean the water from the wall?? So, I go upstairs to look, and she didn't know she wasn't supposed to be pushing water out of the plug-in outlet, so I looked myself and the wall was saturated with water and water was actually coming out the plug-in. So, I called the company since it had only been 2 months since I purchased the new units, they sent someone out and he told me the lines were clogged so he blew them out. The company told me to get an estimate and they would get it taking care of. I got an estimate and sent it in, and the owner came to me house himself and told me he has a contractor he will call to come repair the damage. Well let's move on to September while still waiting for the contractor to contact me I had a Subarachnoid Brain Hemorrhage and had to be life flighted to Alabama to save my life after Ocean Springs Knew I needed lifesaving surgery. So, I was in the hospital 3 weeks in ICU . and didn't think about contacting Keiths at that time. The night I was finally released I come home and within hour I had noise in the living room we look in my downstairs living room and water in pouring out my ceiling fan . My son run upstairs to see what was going on and once again the AC was overflowing all the way from my second story attic to my downstairs living room . My son turned out the power to safety take down the ceiling fan which had water pouring out my ceiling. So now I had hole in my ceiling and wet floors. I called Keiths the next morning and they sent someone out again. An let's not forget this is all filmed live on camera the first night I was released from USA. in October. So right before Halloween I showed up personally at his office and spoke face to face with Keith again letting him know I also own 2 businesses and just want my damage replaced. That I didn't want this to end up in court because thats not me.Keith's Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

Good evening Mrs. *******, Unfortunately, your dissatisfaction is not a result of Keith’s Heating & Air’s work. I have video documentation of your main drain line backing up causing the issues. I also noticed that you neglected to mention that your daughter moved the pipe leading to a more extensive leak coming from the plumbing. This has nothing to do with our installation. I was more than willing to assist with repair costs, however, you demanded complete reimbursement for repairs that was not our fault. I am unsure of how we are receiving a negative review after making attempts to satisfy you. We tied into an open bell drain line that backed up. Once again, let me know if you will accept my offer to help. Thanks.Melissa s

"So let me get this straight your accusing my 11-year-old daughter to bring a chair or ladder to reach the attic string to pull the attic down?Climb in the attic and climb behind the AC unit to move the drainpipe? This doesn't even sense to me I never demanded anything other than repairing the damage I have called numerous times to try to get help. I have video documentation of Keith standing in my foyer telling me he will get with his contractor and get back with me. I didn't have enough room to write about New Years Day being found with brain bleed on opposite side of my head and that's why I had delay in staying behind Keiths word that he would handle the issue. Because I once again was admitted to hospital having to learn to speak again in January because brain bleed affected my speech. I have all the email attempts and documentation of every employee that has been to my house and witnesses of what was said. This is the first I've heard my 11-year-old climbed behind the AC unit which isn't easy to get to move pipe. I have called many times all documented call logs explaining all I wanted was the damage fixed and nothing more. I didn't need anything but new AC units which I chose your company to do. I have explained I'm a single businesswoman and wasn't looking to take this matter to court. I never called to complain about all the mess left in my attic from the install. (which is still there.) Unfortunately, my only dissatisfaction is your company blaming a small child on climbing behind an obstacle course to move a pipe that never happened. Only thing in that upstairs Attic is two units. Thankfully my daughter didn't get electrocuted cleaning water from electrical socket because she didn't realize the risk in doing that she was trying to clean a mess that was draining down the wall. I have never received a call from your company or contractor to schedule a time. Sadly, all I ask for was the damage repaired and nothing more. But I see the blame is on my child?"Review fromWhitney K

They made sure nothing in our home would be damaged while they worked and cleaned up everything when they were done.
