    The only thing that this business is interested in is restoring their bank account. You will regret the service you receive, especially when you get the overinflated bill that was not discussed in your first initial meeting. I had to call several times to get this company to complete the job. I pointed out an area that was missed by the lack of concern for their job and safety of the client. The next day I cut my foot on glass that was not important enough for the employees to clean up. Good luck, if you choose this organization.

    I have had excellent service from day 1 that my house got flooded to today. ***** & *** came within the hour & gave great service. Then ****, ****, & ***** doing restoration work. ***** has picked out carpet for us & had installed today, which we are very happy with. ******** has been very helpful on the phone arranging things for us. Even their boss, ****, has been very kind & helpful.
    So with all of this of course I rate them 5's. Thank you Restoration 1 for helping us, an elderly couple, get our house back to normal.

    It took this company 3 months to complete a job that should have taken 3weeks to complete at my vacation home. We had to clean the interior of the house, the front and back yard due to there workers throwing all kinds of construction debris in the yard. The Forman told us he was the owner along with other un truths. Too many to mention. I had to have my 76 year old relative be at the house everyday to get items corrected or completed in July of 2022 when this company started the job in March of 2022. And we still had to pay to get the house cleaned. I expressed my concerns and it fell on deaf ears. I would never use this company again and if you decide to use them get everything in writing and make sure you have someone watching the project everyday in order to ensure that it gets done and they clean up there mess completely. Because if not they are still going to want there money and make excuses for whatever there employees mishandle.

    Mr. ****, We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy. We completed all of the line items in the estimate and even provided $3528.47 worth of upgrades and additional work with no charge to you. For example sheetrock work, larger baseboards, a tile shower surround, among other things and have the pictures to document work that was completed. One of your relatives even commented on how good the house looked. We completed the project before the deadline that you requested of us. Your project has been completed for months and we have yet to receive the balance paid in full. Again, we are so sorry that you are unhappy as we pride ourselves in making sure every customer is fully satisfied with the work done in their home.
