Nothing with plumbing! stick to decks. 2 light fixtures ruined and 4 leaks later we're still having problems. 1st leak was bc no blumbing tape was used to secure the hand held sprayer and was leaking behind the wall. The 2nd leak was the tub drain that was "fixed" but our current problem is still the tub drain along with the pipes that weren't tightened down in the same area. they came out "fixed" it by cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling correcting the issue and put new sheet rock in and painted.we started noticing a spot again in the ceiling. contacted them about it and was told they'd come by but never showed. this was the 3rd leak that was coming from when the shower head sprayed down onto the tub spout. it wasn't sealed off from the ***** OR BACK allowing water to pull and get behind the wall. my husband had to fix this. this was when our first light fixture was ruined. we caulked it all and about a week later noticed more water in our 2nd light fixture. I contacted ***** and said there was an active leak in my kitchen. he responded he would come by. I asked when and I was told in a few days he was out of town. at this point I didn't have time to wait and I'm already mad that every problem has been lack of commen sense or something so basic that they should know as a company how to tighten things or use caulk, silicone, or plumbing tape. how many leaks and light fixtures do I have to replace before I'm ******. this many!when 2nd leak was "fixed" I supplied the sheet rock. I've been patient and helpful but this is just sloppy work.
