      Beware Beware Beware I called to ask if they accepted my insurance and they said yes. I brought my insurance card and filled out the paperwork 5 days before my appointment. After my appointment was finished, I paid the ** pay and left.Weeks later I received a bill of $145.00 . I immediately went to the clinic thinking it must be an error. There was an error but it was theirs not mine. They do not take my insurance. The girl at the reception desk read my card wrong. I only went to this clinic based on insurance being accepted. I only needed a prescription filled. I received the prescription with 3 refills. Fast forward about 11 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to **ver the bill. I go to pick up my refill and they canceled it due to non payment so I paid them because I need my prescription. This is not a nar**tic medication. I was then told I need to **me back for another appointment and pay them again if I want my refill. I have written to the manager. (The Doctors wife) and have heard nothing back from them. They are greedy, they lie and are vindictive. I would have never paid them if I wasn't going to get my refill. This was 100% their error. The girl at the reception desk said they changed their policy so it wouldn't happen again but how does that help me? Do not trust them. Get it in writing if you dare go there that your insurance is accepted. They don't care if they s**** up and stick you with the bills. They **uld have released my prescription but the wife is so vindictive she refused even after I paid. ****** may not seem like a lot if money to most people but it is to me. This isn't the only medical debt they left me because of their in**mpetent worker.
