      On Saturday 2/18/2023 we visited the McDonalds in *********, ** at *******************************************************************************We placed our order via the kiosk and proceeded to our table. However, we noticed there werent any napkins, so I said excuse me several times and no staff member acknowledged my concern. Until the worker in the red sweater said theyre right there on the counter in a brown paper bag. I got the bag and took the napkins out and put them near ********************. However, another worker in black pants and white socks came toward me with an aggressive attitude and started fussing at me. I asked her politely to give me the same respect and not to yell at me mainly because I am a customer. The manager on duty as the 2nd worker to not yell at the customer. But the 1st worker also proceeded to yell at me, and I said both of you are out of control. The 1st worker said I am going to call my momma and shes going to come up here an whoop your a** I was astonished and I said oh youre threatening my life, so the 1st worker came toward me to physically hit me but a 3rd worker was holding the 1st worker back to stop her from hitting me. At this point I called 911 and reported it to the local police. The police arrived in less than 2 minutes. He took my report and verified with the *** that the commotion took place. The *** refunded my money and said ********* the Store Mgr. was in route. However, once the police finished taking my report, ********* decided not to come to the store. At this point all of the workers were in a huddle talking about how they were going to f__k me up mind you I was there with another mother with her two boys and my little girl for my Daughters birthday outing and the kids also witnessed this atrocity.       Good Morning *****,

      I just wanted to reply to the complaint we received in the mail.  We spoke with customer *********************************** in regards to the complaint resolution.  General Manager *********************************, spoke with her and apologized about the incident.  We informed the customer that we had already dealt with the staff that were involved and neither of them currently work in the company.  We are very sorry that this happened and have made changes so incidents like this do not continue to happen.  We have mailed out a gift card to *********************** to compensate for the issue.
