We purchased our granite and quartz in January 2023 for $9,000 for our new build. We moved in April 2023 and noticed cracks, chips, and concerns with caulk. We contacted the company and when tech arrived, he wanted owner to see because he thought they may be larger than just fill ins. Once the owner came out, he promised us things would be made right- most areas could be filled in and/or sanded by his best guy. The oven top granite would be replaced, as well as the clear caulk changed to white. After many delays, a man came out on June 19th to install new piece around stovetop. The granite does not appear to be the same color as ordered- we were told a picture of new piece would be sent beforehand, but it was not. We informed the man of the other areas he was supposed to address, but he said he was only there for the install. We reached out immediately to owner but no response. We contacted sales rep who was going to reach out to owner for more information but have not heard back from her either. We emailed the company on 6/20 with our concerns and pictures without a response. We then sent a certified letter with same concerns and pictures that was signed for on 7/24 without response.
