    ***** *******************************************, ** ***** Crowns Wed, Jan 3, **** 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM Advanced Dental Arts ******************************************************************************* Sir/Miss "I recently had a dental appointment and unfortunately, the dental assistant's actions left me extremely dissatisfied. During my visit, the assistant dropped an instrument on the floor and instead of properly disposing of it or sterilizing it, she picked it up and put it in my mouth. This blatant disregard for hygiene and patient safety is unacceptable. It is crucial for dental professionals to prioritize cleanliness and follow proper protocols to ensure the well-being of patients.Furthermore, the Dental Assistant; was also negligently using the wrong sized s**** driver. Not to mention all the pain, bruising; her uncertainty caused with all her fumbling and hesititation. Obviously, this person had absolutely no idea what she was doing! And, it wasn't an isolated incident; I clearly heard other patients complaining over incompetence.

    I've heard nothing but good things about this place and while needing an implant because my crown broke I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately for me I suffer from anxiety and could not even sit in that office for 10 minutes. Useless questions like "do you wet the bed" combined with that blaring, senseless Christian **** music was enough for me. Because of this "situation" I could not even recall my previous dentist name. Not sure what the purpose of the "music" playing is but I just can't deal with that. And I'm a **********

    ****** clinic does specialize in those that suffer from dental anxiety in many forms. Our music can always be requested to be turned down if it is too loud but we are founded on ********* principles.     It was an amazing experience from the very start, the consultation went amazing everything was explained to me from my treatment to the cost. Each appointment I had was great, everyone made me feel welcome, and a no judgement zone. When I finally got my dentures they were great and looked amazing. Felt great to leave with a smile like I've never had before.
