    on January 31st, I went to the ************ site to have a precious animal cremated and was informed that I would be able to visit the cremation site. After waiting almost a month I contacted them again and was told that I was misinformed by them and the clerk has since been terminated. To add pain to our wounds I was told the the creamation site in on a farm owned by a Coleman and the property is not open to the public. TO **, THIS IS THE SAME AS THE BURIAL OF THE WRONG HUMAN IN ONE OF THEIR CASKETS. We have no closure whatsoever and could never ever recommend them for funeral services
