I called after hours yesterday and they were at my house just after 10am today. Quick fix and *****! It works! **** was polite and professional. He could have told me anything about the motor and the relating cost to repair but he was honest, saving me what could have been a costly repair with a less than reputable company. We Built our home about 1 1/2 years ago. Dixie did all the garage doors for us and did an amazing job. We recently had an issue with one of the doors.I called talked to the Gentleman at the office who was very nice and knew what he was talking about.He told me he would have it taken care of. ****** rolled around they were here diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and had it back up and going within a week. My garage door broke and I called and within 1 hour someone was at my house. **** was funny, helpful and very knowledgeable. He even gave me ideas on how to help prevent a break again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs helpDixie Door Company, LLC

One of the best experiences with a service provider I have had in a long time, extending from the initial phone contact, the scheduling, the actual service, and even to post service help for a non service issue. **** was extremely professional and his knowledge of the subject matter is awesome - but to me, much more importantly - he was willing and able to explain and share that information.I give Dixie Door my highest recommendations!Dixie Door Company, LLC

Came out the same day my spring broke and repaired my garage door. Repaired some minor issues and only charged me for the springs. Did not try to up-sale for items that I did not need. Great experience and would definitely would recommend.Dixie Door Company, LLC
