    This complaint is for the ******** location ***************************************************. On 10/03/2023 the Front desk lady *********************** told me that I could not bring my child back to the daycare, because the owner ***** stated that my child was on a final warning (that I wasn't aware of). She stated that my child threw a tantrum (which all children do) and she also stated in a pervious event that I needed to BEAT my child. I also asked why they didn't contact me when my child showed this behavior. ***** stated that they have too many kids to keep, so they can't just stop just to come and get me. This confused me because in the past every time my child pooped, they came and got me so that I could change his pamper, so what was the issues with them getting me when this occurred. I really felt that my child was discriminated against because he is a black child being that most children throw tantrum, but my child was banned from the daycare for this action. I told her I would like to cancel my membership since my child can no longer come, and I would like a refund since I had already paid for the month. She stated that ***** is not going to give me a refund. I then asked for a direct number to ***** so that I can get the problem resolved through him. ***** refused to give me his number.

    This Member has been warned several times by staff and management about  the fact that her child has hit other children in the gyms child care. we do not allow that type of behavior, throwing a tantrum is fine but striking other members children is not, we have numerous witnesses by ****************** and even her own trainer whom is *****. My name is ********************* and im the owner, not *******************. i spoke with her and all she wanted to do is rant at me about her child is *****, we have many Black members and children  and they are all treated the same.
