I purchased a package for the Physique Body System and was told that if I did not see results that the business had a money back guarantee. After completing my sessions I had actually gained weight. Multiple conversations were had with the owner ****** about this and no resolution was offered. As a medical professional myself I find her to be very unprofessional and dishonest. I have requested my money back and after numerous emails have received nothing.

Thank you for allowing me to tell you my side of this issue. I do remember this client. She did purchase a Physique Body Contouring package of 6 treatments. The Physique treatment consists of a body contouring device that has 2 cycles, One is a heat cycle that destroys fat cells and the other cycle is a muscle stimulation cycle to prevent muscle mass loss that is so prevalent in the use of G1P1 injections, which from my understanding she was on when she purchased the treatment package. The reason I know this is because she informed me in an email.
Listed Below are dates to my knowledge of seeing her in the clinic and email exchange.
*April 30th(not able to make apt)
    *June 8th(no show)
    *Sept. 10th(received 1st email)
    *Sept. 13th(I responded to email)
*Oct. 22nd(  gave a bad review, threatened to sue and complaint to BBB).
The way a consult is to start is to make sure the client is a good candidate. I left that to my now former co-provider, which happens to be very good friends with the client that has brought this complaint. A good candidate is someone that doesnt need to lose more than 50% of the problematic area. my former Cop provider consulted me on this case and she seem to be a good candidate. Physique is explained to the client that they should expect 30% of improvement. We get the client to come in and take pictures in front of a grid with either shorts or leggings and a sports bra . We get a front picture a back picture a side profile and then also a 45 angle profile as well. All in front of a grid. I have not seen this clients pictures nor her measurements or record from this previous provider. There is a protocol that is supposed to be followed.  due to the client and former Cop providers close relationship, I allowed this in to oversee this client care for her package. She started her treatments approximately March 2024. I have emails where I asked the client what her and the previous provider had conversations about regarding her care and her expectations and what she was promised . She states that she spoke to me about all of this and not the other provider. I recall being introduced to her, but not an end of conversation about expectations and outcomes again. Id left that too the previous provider. The client states that she followed the protocol weekly for five weeks so she would have finished five out of six treatments. However, I have text from The previous provider on when this client was going to come in or not. I only have the client completing three and at the most four of the six treatments. As far as the client gaining weight while doing these treatments, it does make sense due to the muscle stimulation cycle because, it is to stimulate muscle growth and fat reduction. Muscle weighs more than fat so that is not abnormal and is what we want to see with physique. Also, the client got this treatment package at a very heavily discounted price due to her friendship with the previous provider. I absolutely do not have a moneyback guarantee policy.  However, I do have a verbal results guarantee, but I explained to the client that to get better results. Sometimes we may have to throw in other treatments or other modalities to get the client closer to their goal. However, this client got the basic physique package and didnt want to have anything else  to do with any other treatments to get to the goal she was complaining she hadnt reached. But also the patient never complained to me about not being satisfied or had any issues for nearly 5 months after the treatments that she had completed. It was only after her friend, the previous provider no longer worked for me , when it was brought to my attention via email. I had planned to return $300 back to her however with a threat of a lawsuit, healthcare businesses usually stop all communications and allow the legal system to handle the issue. I am willing to send her $300 to resolve the issue.
