    Have scammed me and are scamming people having them book on a 3rd party booking site. When I tried to check in he said my reservation was for 2 days in the future. When I tried to change date he wouldn't let me when I try to get a refund nobody is responsible for it. My card was charged and I never stayed at the hotel.

    she has booked room to third party website agoda.com that Super 8 does not have any control. Also, she has to make selection of date to make the reservation to check in on the date that she wants. also, she gets conformation email and text when you make reservations.

    Sorry to tell her that she did not show up on the arrival date of 03/12/24 we charged her as NO SHOW because of that we cannot do refund.
