  I really wish a half star was a possible rating...first off this place is deceitful when your loved one first gets there they act like the best facility in the world. Shortly after their true colors come out. With each random visit you start to see who they really are. They dont care about your loved one. Your loved one is just another occupant renting a room for a short amount of time. At least 3/4 of the staff are indifferent and do not care. There are patients roaming the halls at all hours of the night and even stealing from the rooms. They allow your family members to sit in dirty diapers for hours promoting repeat utis and hospital visits. They will bring food in to your loved one knowing they need help to eat but just let it sit there until its cold and they remove it. There is no security or security measures in place to protect people in the building. There is always a smell of marijuana in the hall. The staff is always unapproachable and has the worse attitude when you you ask them to do something that should've already been done or something that is well within their job requirements. They treat every patient as if they are on hospice and they are just providing the bare minimum care until they pass away. They have been know to steal snacks and clothes from patients or move a patients personal items after being repeatedly asked not to by the family. Upper management is just as irresponsible and careless as the employees. They do NOT hold their employees accountable for their actions but rather provide hints and suggestions about covering up ongoing problems or suggest ways to not get caught. If you care about your loved one DO NOT place them in this facility.
