    I took my dog to this salon (this was my second visit) the first time my dogs bottom was irritated to the touch. I thought it was from the shampoo. I had to but bedadine on her bottom. They did a great job on her grooming so I went back a second time 1/26/2023 I explained that I did not want them to bathe her only groom her. They gave me a price of ***** explained that the bathing came with the price yet I still refused I told them I would bath her. She showed me 2 very small spots around my dogs bottom that were matted. Now I brush my dog myself and I know for sure underneath her belly was not matted yet when picked my puppy up they changed me over ***** . I was outraged they only groomed her. They never mentioned anything about an increase in a price. This place should be shut down I was livid and I told them I was NEVER coming there. My dog was not severely matted. They need to be audited.
