      I am filing this complaint against Pro Shingle LLC for repeated failure to properly repair a roof leak, failure to honor verbal warranty commitments, and failure to provide formal invoices or written warranty documentation. Additionally, the company and its legal representative have failed to respond to a formal written request for documentation.Details of the Problem:October 2022: I paid Pro Shingle $1,000 to fix a roof leak around the **** tubing and to shampoo part of the roof. ***** ********, a representative from Pro Shingle, verbally promised a one-year warranty, but no invoice or written warranty was ever provided.June 2023: I paid an additional $245 after the same leak reappeared. No invoice or warranty was issued.November 2024: I paid $230 for yet another repair attempt. ***** texted me a six-month warranty, but again, I received no formal documentation.December 2024 and March 2025: The leak persisted and worsened, causing damage to the decking and shingles. On March 16, 2025, I sent a formal written request to Pro Shingle, asking for invoices and warranty documents. The owner, ****** ******, referred me to his attorney. As of today (June 12, 2025), I have received no response or documentation from either party.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I made multiple follow-ups via email and text.I sent a formal letter to both the owner and their attorney requesting **************** action has been taken by Pro Shingle or its legal representative to resolve the matter.Desired Resolution:Reimbursement of $675 (total of all payments made for unresolved repairs).Compensation of $2,000 for damage to the roof decking and shingles Copies of all formal invoices and written warranty documentation that should have been issued at the time of service.See documentation attached for details of the issue.

      ****** *. Downen  Mr. ***** knows that none of what he is saying is the truth. It is our opinion, that he has attempted to extort money from our company for quiet sometime. Because we are preparing to take legal action against Mr. ****** we will have no further comment.

      Apparently, the response from the owner of Pro Shingle LLC is unprofessional, accusatory, and evasiveand it avoids addressing my actual complaint (i.e., repeated failures to repair the leak, failure to honor warranties, and ******* to provide invoices). Their response does not provide any evidence or rebut my documented claims.

      I categorically deny the accusation that I have attempted to extort money from Pro Shingle. My complaint is based on documented facts and reasonable requests for warranty documentation, invoices, and compensation for repeat repair failures and resulting property damage. 

      Requesting reimbursement for unresolved work, along with copies of basic business documentation, is not extortion. It is a reasonable, legally protected consumer action.

      If Pro Shingle believes I have made false or unlawful claims, I welcome them to pursue the matter through proper legal channels. I remain open to resolving this matter professionally but will not be intimidated by baseless legal threats.
