Very professional. Extremely knowledgeable. The prices are fair and they are a local company. I wouldnt hesitate calling Window Medic again!

When I first bought my house Les installed 19 storm windows and did great job. When I was looking to replace all my original widows, I decided to go with Les and Team at Window Medic again 10yrs later. They installed 24 windows, 3 entry doors, and serviced my front entry door. Les and his team were professional, on time, treated my home like it was their own, and the quality of the job was amazing. They also worked with me on working around plantation window blinds as well as an original alarm system in the home ensuring that I could keep what I already had...something which other companies I had quote the job were not willing to do. I highly recommend Les and the Window Medic team for all your window and door needs.Window Medic, LLC

5 starsI had twelve windows replaced by Window Medic, LLC, and I am very pleased with the work of this company. Les and ********************* were very professional, as well as their workers. ************** 2/11/2023 We were looking to replace 20 windows in our home with vinyl windows. From a compiled list of BBB accredited Windows and Doors category, I have high standards and were looking for 5 star reviews only! I called one company and got a free estimate. The second company I called and had a pleasant experience right away with ********************* which led to a consultation with *****************. An appointment was arranged. Les arrived with a Extreme Series **** double hung vinyl window sample in which he demonstrated and explained to us in depth. Les measured all our windows. Window Medic sent an estimate to my e-mail and decided to go with this company. A contract was signed and the process began. Accurate window measurements were done by ***************** and windows were ordered. Installation of new replacement windows were started the first week in October 2022. Completed in two days. Very thorough, ****************** professional, courteous, installation crew were Awesome and the job was completed to our satisfaction. All of our concerns were addressed and taken care of thoroughly!In this current Winter 2023 time, we are currently very pleased with the new windows.If you are in need of new replacement windows, Window Medic is highly recommended.They are the best in our area of ********, ***********! I can not say enough about them!Window Medic will take care of you from start to finish! I had Les repair my windows in 2009 ( after living in my home for 12 years) and most have lasted till 2022! He did his magic and they should be good for another 13 years! About 1/3 of my windows needed repair but Les said they did not need to be replaced. The quality of his work and attention to detail is outstanding! I did have to have two loft windows replaced last week that bore the brunt of being exposed 25 years to the afternoon and western sun. One of the windows was odd shaped due to a painter who did a "shoddy" job 6 years ago. The new windows are Great! I would reco the Atrium **** double hung windows with argon double strength insulated glass. I will use these windows as I gradually replace my old wooden windows that I no longer want to repair.Les installed these windows last week by himself on the hottest day of the year but was relentless in wanting to get the job done as rain had forced the repairs to be delayed.It does not get any better than ***************** doing your window repair and/or needed replacements!BTW - His wife ***** takes a lot of the stress off of Les by scheduling his appointments and keeping you up to date on day of repair.Don't expect your job to be done tomorrow if you call today! Les is in high demand due to his 40 years expertise in the window business. And if you call a very highly advertised company in ******* to do your job, you might be getting Les doing the job and paying twice as much when you should just call him directly!Window Medic, LLC
