    I am extremely happy that I choose Carmigo to sale my vehicle. The process was quick and extremely simple. Mr. ******************* was extremely patient and understanding. He explained the process from start to finish and remain in contact with me throughout the entire process. His honesty with no guarantees meant a lot because it allowed no room for disappointment or misleading information in case I did not get my asking price. ************ truly helped me to ease nerveousness about selling my car. After my car was sold, ****** did a great job in explaining the final steps in closing out the transaction. I would definitely utilize Carmigo if I decide to sell another vehicle. I would highly recommend Carmigo to others to assist them with selling their vehicles.

    As I was selling my car, ***** changed my reserve from $13,000-$5500. They charge me at $350 cancellation fee because of his deceitful, manipulative way of doing business.

    ******,Thank you for your candid feedback on your experience. After reviewing your sale with us, we have found several areas of improvement we intend to address for future sellers. While we do have documentation showing you agreed to lower your reserve, many of the details of the sale were not communicated clearly to you. In addition, the market pricing we supplied for your car was flawed, which led to even more confusion and triggered a sale at an unfair price.We sincerely apologize for this poor experience and we are working with our consumer sales team to ensure these never happen again.

    They auction off your vehicle. They give you an estimate and it is up to you to select reserve price. All in all, I got a lot more than I would have by selling to one of the instant offer websites. The people are Carmigo were very friendly and professional, payment took three days (weekend). It was a far better experience than selling to an individual or trading it in.
