    I've had a fire stick for about 3 months. Very much in the last month and a 1/2.I've had it down there four times and I still can't get it to work. I spoke with the owner of this business and she was very nice and doing everything she could to help but she put the lady on the phone that supposedly did my update on my firestick and that lady explained to me that she did everything right. There was nothing wrong with my firestick. And she was no longer going to listen to me. And hung up on me. Her name is ** ****. I was trying to explain to her that I'm paying $35 a month to use your product. You're not paying me $35 a month to use it. And I would like for it to work. She basically said she did nothing wrong. She was no longer going to listen to me anymore. And hung up!
