    If I could leave zero stars I would. completely destroyed my furniture. Was told that they had "expert wood workers" look at my photos of damage and they determined that they were all old chips and scratches. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told by ***** ***** "Good Luck, hes never here." and that she would never give me his contact information because he doesnt speak to his customers. They also broke a brand new leather recliner and said that it was broken prior to them moving it. be very wary. They code everything with scratches and scuff to insure they will not be liable for any damages even if their team notates damage at time of delivery and initials the inventory sheet at delivery. I would never recommend anyone use them for moving.

We do use a reputable wood repair shop and we value their assessment of your damages. Our owner has been advised of the situation, but has ***** ***** as our company claims representative and she is well trained and is very capable of assessing each claim and handles them with the upmost respect to each customer. Again we apologize that you were not satisfied with the outcome.
