    First told my wife they had a truck.)They dont rent Uhaul. Was 2 dudes and 1 dolley. You pay for 2 movers one guy walks in front of it. What is not told until end is Its 200 an hr for 2,they then charge per piece of furniture moved but there is no list or anything communicated about the amount of each item, Stairs are "extra" no amount or explanation as to how this is calculated or explained BEFORE you hire them.(The owner was expressly asked if any other charges other than hourly and again stated no and quoted hourly amount 100 an hr per person and all he could provide was 2.)The truck was parked in a large yard backed up to front door, the ramp could have easily been placed on top of the stair landing entering front door. They are 5ftx4ft.Instead they place on porch at bottom of stairs and you got it go up and down stairs.(So they charge stairs surcharge.) Trumping up charges on the bill purposly.Again no mention of surcharge until END.Distance of move was 8 miles of apart. 3 hrs 2 guys moved 18 pieces of furniture, no totes or boxes , and a zero turn mower which is tip top and drives. Of 18 pieces 4 there and needed moved upstairs from downstairs.Bill was $1454. And move the rest(All but couch and dressers.) Would have taken them to long ,and they would get in the way. Again we thought it was just the 600 for 3 hrs . Also the move is a 75 yo on Ssi only floating the bill..me and my wife had to pay the extra. I GOT ANGRY AND WIFE MADE ME LEAVE, Cause there pace. So left 2 woman and my 13 yo daughter ( 2 large men)and they were demanding to be paid in cash app and the woman were to scared to dispute the bill.Found out the and bogus charges go to owner cause you pay movers seperate. So he gets money forn stairs and pieces but never sees steps or furniture? Seems illegal to me like taking stairs for extra charges. Thier dishonest, and are scum when you call.No bill of laden or itemized.Got with owner, doesnt care asks how you make your money?want half my $ back
