    If I could give no stars I would. The owner ***** attitude is the absolute worst!! I’ve been going here for a few years and this is my last time. They are adding something to their polish to stretch it and it makes the polish buckle up. I went back because the gel polish on toes literally started crumbling/melting hours after I left. I went back in this morning to get them repainted. It was the bottle from the day before so I asked them for either a new bottle or another color. I was ignored so I asked again. The young lady communicated to the owner in their language and ***** wanted me to pay $25 for a color change. I explained to him that I didn’t trust that color because of my previous experience. He still said I would have to pay $25 for a color change. I said no I’m not paying for your mess up. I asked if it messes up again, can I please have a refund because I don’t have time to keep coming back up there. He said if “I give you a refund you can’t ever come back”, I said fine!! Their service is horrible. If you express concerns about their service, ***** gets so mad and talk to you like you’re nothing. They have people in there providing services that don’t have documentation on the wall. It’s gotten so bad that I feel guilty giving them my money which is why I made the decision to never go back.
