    I reached out to them to get the drain cleaned, and while they were cleaning the drain the entire house was shaking like crazy. Several weeks later I started noticing small bugs in my house, and every day they were doubling, I went to check under the house, and it ended up being a damaged drain and 2 cracked water pipes on top of that ( they were really close to the drain ) the drain was in good condition, thick and not rusted through. So I had about 2 weeks' worth of sewage going under my house, I have reached out to them, and they said they will take several more weeks to come, I didn't have much choice as I know other plumbers in the Tupelo area will probably not come any sooner, but I was hoping since it was an emergency that they have caused they will deal with it ASAP. Well almost a month later I started calling them almost every day, I've been constantly told that the owner will reach out to me, it lasted till I said that I'm done and I will reach out to the insurance, then he called me, and in pretty much nice way said that he is not going to deal with me. This is already more than 1 month after they caused the damage.
    If you ever think of dealing with them - remember that if they cause problems - you will be on your own.
