    Yes I need to file a complaint against them I rent from and every month or every two weeks they cut our lights off we pay 500 every 2 weeks with the lights included and if we go over the limit we pay the remaining but if don't they cut them this makes the 3rd time they have cut them then they except me to my monthly check and pay the extra balance in the light and all I pay is 135 a month 125 for my pet fee then 15 for the insurance but I think paying ************************************************************************************************** and my boyfriend live on ****************************** I should have to 251 a month out of my ssi check I have other bills I nerd to pay

    I have spoken with Ms. ***** on numerous occassions. On a recorded conversation yesterday, Ms. ***** stated she did not submit this claim. She also stated she knew why her power was off and those she paid other bills instead of paying her rent. This is the second time Ms. ***** has done something like this. I will be glad to provide the recorded conversation if needed.
