    Very rude customer service dishonesty about their weight. The lady at the desk said that it is all pays for 10 price regardless of what it is which is a lie iron is supposed to pay $.33 a pound. They paid me for 10 price which was nine dollars 100 almost $300 difference in the weight and was very rude nonprofessional and downright ugly whenever I tried to address the situation Even tried to change the description on the check but pay the same price
