  Had to have sewer tanks pumped out, the discharge pump and aerator replaced, and new spray lines and heads installed. Our system went down on a Saturday and I called Magic Rooter. They came out, pumped out the tanks so we could use our system. Came back on Monday just like they said they would and did an outstanding job professionally done. Cost was very reasonable for all they did. We will definitely be calling this company when we need help.

  Do not use this business! They tried to scam me!

  I On 02-05-2023 my company was contacted by Mr. ****** and he stated that his sewer was backed up and coming back into his house. I informed him that I was covered up and could not make it that day but I would try to come on Monday. I informed him that I would give him a courtesy call if we saw that we could make it. I also recommended that he try to get another plumber if he could not wait. Mrs. ****** called the next day to see if we were coming. We did make it on 02/06/23 and checked both sewer clean out’s and found them to be completely stopped up. My employee and I ran the auger through the main clean out leading from the house to the street and were able to clear it successfully. However, we pulled a lot of roots from the line and recommended checking the line with the camera to make sure it wasn’t broken down and Mrs. ****** agreed. We showed her where her line was broken in several places and utilized the locator to show her where the break downs were and informed her that the roots would return and that it needed to be replaced at some point. She took pictures to send to her husband. We moved to the second clean out that runs under the house (which was embedded in her flower bed) and could not even get the camera to go through the roots as this line was completely blocked. Once again, she took pictures of all of this and sent them to her husband. We informed her that the only way to fix this was to dig it up and replace it. She was on the phone with her husband at this point and they were discussing it. He asked how soon we could do the job as he was working out of town, and she stated that she was going out of town as well. I informed her once again that we were backed up and that we would have to get them on our schedule. After she hung up, she stated that she did not want to dig up her flower beds. I informed her that there was nothing else I could do for that line and to let me know if they wanted to proceed. I presented her with the bill for the services that I had rendered, and she had a total “meltdown” and immediately stated that she was not paying and that the bill was too much. She was very irate, and I told her that apparently she needed her money a lot worse than I did and I told her to keep it and left her property. My prices are fair and competitive, and I was very fair with this customer. It is time for this customer to cease and desist.

  He's lying. There were NOT multiple breaks in the first clean out and it was NOT stopped up. He did not remove ANY roots from the first clean out. There were no roots to remove. I was standing right beside him and his employee (wife) the whole time. I saw all of it on camera. There was nothing in the line. He lies so much he can't keep his story straight. After over thirty minutes of him playing with his camera I asked him to please fix the clog. I was asked to go into the house while they "cleared the line" and to let them know when the commode flushed. Lo and behold, while I'm in the house on the phone with the employee (wife) I heard the rooter man say "look at those two big root *****". I assume that was to fool me into thinking that they unclogged the second clean out. I have pictures from a honest and reputable plumber I hired. He showed me that that huge clog was still there with his camera. He didn't have to pull up bushes or anything. They cleared the blockage and put in a new pipe. They were very professional and kept me informed the whole time. I didn't have a meltdown. I was not irate. I did my raise my voice when he got loud with me. His face got red and he practically yelled that he gets that price in Tupelo. Then he stomped out of my house. It was really bizarre and so unprofessional. Please don't use this company. You'll be sorry you did.
