I ordered double doors and a custom window on 9-25-2022. On 4-11-2023 the doors and window were brought out and the window wouldn't fit the space. It was remeasured and I was assured a new window could be made. Fast forward to October 27th of 2023 and I receive a text message telling me that it's scientifically impossible to make a replacement window for my space. I am now 13+ months down the road. My current window is so rotted that it's ready to fall out! I have been lied to from the start of this process. I even asked if they could just make a rectangle window to go into the space because it would be easier for them to do. I was told it could be done over a year ago and then again in April when the wrong window was brought out. I'm facing winter yet again with a severely rotted window and corporate refuses to help me. All they can do is offer me a refund. This is HORRIBLE business practice! No communication from them ever, just me calling numerous times over the 13+ month period only to be lied to over and over again. I will be hard pressed to find anyone able to fix this in a hurry now. I'm left with the potential of the back of my house rotting out! They also tried to charge me nearly double what I actually owed for the door installation back in April. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I'm left trying to decide if I should hire an attorney to handle this matter or just get a refund of my money paid so far and move on and try to find someone to get this fixed. How does it take 13+ months to figure out you don't have the skill to make a custom window? Why lie and tell me via text that it's scientifically impossible to do while I'm looking at the window setting there and KNOW it was made when the house was built? Why leave me with a rotted window for 13+ months only to tell me too bad in the end? We wasted over a year of your time, letting you think we would fix it, only to lie again in the end. NEVER EVER do business with this company. RUN AWAY!
