  My husband, ******* **********, and I entered into a contract with I Can Fix It to repair the walls, ceilings, and trim on the inside of our home, wrap the exterior of the home and replace the tin roof over the existing roof shingles. The contract was signed on 09/28/2022 for the agreed upon price of $8500. The owner operator is ***** ******* and he was expected to complete the work by 10/28/2022. After multiple delays, on the part of Mr. *******, he finally completed the work on 12/08/2022. We paid him a total of $9765 as a result of additional costs. Due to several severe thunderstorms we found that our ceiling leaks in seven places. Our contract with I Can Fix It includes a warranty to repair any defects six months from completion of his work. ******* contacted Mr. ******* who agreed to come to the home to fix the problem. On three occasions Mr. ******* said that he would come to the house and failed to show. The last time was 01/04/2023 and he failed to show up and failed to respond to contact.

   I drove down and I was actually working on the roof when I called Mr ********** to ask about me vent caps that were missing. He then told me to get off of his property because he had an attorney. Mr. **********, didn’t purchase new materials for the roof; I used the old materials with waddled out holes, bends, and cracks in it. And he added later, that he wanted new screws; in which I had taken out the old ones and was replacing.. Mr. **********, refused to pay when the job was completed and continued to add work orders that wasn’t in our contract or my job description! He then taunted with lies and threats of lawsuits after he and his wife were very unprofessional and went on social media to spread lies.
