    On 11/18/24 I processed my payment for my trash bill. The card wasn't charged until 11/25/24 and the funds were removed from my account. On 12/2/24 my trash wasn't picked up for the 3rd week. I called and was informed by ******** that because l&l had tried my card for the same amount 3 times my card was now locked and the $156 was pending. Unfortunately I then still had to pay the bill and the funds are now out of my account twice. L&l has an extremely unpleasant girl who answered the phone and informed me that although I had paid for now 3 weeks of service and my trash had not been emptied she wanted me to pay an additional fee to for what should already have been done. I have canceled my service and gone with the competition but as resolution I want a 3 week credit and my cans emptied immediately.

    After reviewing the account it looks like ******* had insufficient funds for services we have provided her. After numerous attempts of insufficient funds and denied credit cards we finally got a payment for past services. She then canceled service with us and we have issued a credit to her for the remaining balance on her account.

    After reviewing ********* account, here is what we found. We billed ******* on 9/23/2024 for the trash pickup quarter of October/November/December. We continued to pick up her trash weekly through October and half of November despite the fact that she hadn't paid us yet for our services. We started the collection process on November 1st, which begins with a courtesy call to the customer to remind them to pay. After numerous attempts to contact her, it appears that she did go online on 11/18 and pay via an ACH for $156.00. Unfortunately, that payment was returned to us on 11/27/2024 as ***- so she didn't have enough funds in her account to clear the **** She was also setup on an auto-pay, so on 11/29 the ** on file was ran for $156.00, again, that was declined. She called and paid her bill on 12/2/2024 and also cancelled her service that same day. The $156.00 that was originally charged on 12/2 was for services rendered from 10/1 to 12/31. Since she cancelled services on 12/02/2024, she was issued a credit of $35.49 for the remainder of December. L&L has done our part to credit her account and cancelled ********************** with her.
