      12-30-24 Water damage to ceiling and wall in Livingroom discovered. Attic inspection revealed a furnace vent spitting condensation and exhaust gases. Damage directly below. Sent ************ to RMH. Called and confirmed receipt.1-2-25 No contact from ***. Called another **** company. Tech discovered furnace fresh air and exhaust vents installed backwards. He corrected them and I paid $227. Sent an email to *** to inform them what was found and what I paid to correct their original faulty installation and welcomed them to send a *** to look at it. "*******" sent an email that this was the first he had heard about it and wanted to come out. He came at 4:30 that day and viewed my furnace and work done to correct the issue. He asked how they could "make it right." I asked for re-imbursement of what I paid to correct the furnace to what it should have been 2 1/2 years ago. He said, "we can do that". I did not seek re-imbursement for my time and materials to ***air the damage.1-13-25 Sent an email to RMH direct to ********* email advising I have not got a check.1-14-25 No response from RMH.Rocky Mountain Heating has not stood behind its original work and have not re-imbursed me after 12 days.

      I have received a check from Rocky Mountain Heating as requested of them to resolve my complaint (referenced above). I wish no further action taken and I thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
