      We placed an order through our builder with Bridger Steel. They demanded full payment of $30,000 before they would start production They didnt deliver the metal roof for our home. They repeatedly told us the production was running late. They kept postponing the completion date. They told us if we cancelled the order they would give us a refund. After that it was extremely difficult communicating with them. When they would talk to us, wed ask the status of the refund and they said there are cash flow problems. Were still waiting for the refund and that was two years ago. They are THIEVES.

      Bridger steel has stolen $34000 from me. I placed an order with Bridger steel in spring of 2022. The steel was for a roof on my house. They gave me a date of when the materials would be delivered to my job site and said they needed payment in full. A couple months later they told me the metal roofing package would be nearly 6 weeks later than the original date. This would not work for the timing of my project so I canceled my order and was told by the salesman that it would take 2-3 weeks to see my refund in full. After 5 weeks i called to see where my refund was. Bridger steel wouldnt call me back or give me any answers until i started to be more demanding. Finally after a lot of hassle and wasted time i was put in contact with *** in the Billings office. *** admitted they were having cash flow issues and promised to get my refund to me in full by October 14th. October 18th is today and it is to the day 2 months since I canceled my order. This company is dishonest, non communicative, irresponsible, and cant keep promises made. You better believe lawyers will be involved moving forward. Dont give your money to this company is my advice.

      I placed an order on May 17, 2022. I was told the order would be ready end of August. End of August has come and gone. They could not tell me when my order would be in production. I asked for a refund. Almost 4 weeks later still no refund. I have disputed the charges with my cc company. I have now seen numerous reviews stating similar situations to mine. Some others have had to fight over 4 months to get their refunds and some have stated they are taking legal actions to get theirs. Funny you have to pay immediately to place an order but when they cant provide the product they are unable to refund you without a fight!
