      In April 2019, I placed an order with Echo Peak Design for a custom coffee table and end table. We negotiated the specifications of the pieces through various email exchanges. I was instructed to pay a 50% deposit for the pieces. I tried attaching Order #****, which was $527.50, to this but I kept getting errors. Happy to send separately. I had previously worked with this vendor when they were on Etsy. I knew their work took time, thus not filing this complaint within the 12-month timeframe with BBB. I followed up in July 2019, and Echo Peak responded that they were behind with orders, but mine should be done in the next few weeks.I followed back up October 2019, December 2019, May 2020, and March 2021. I tried to attach the email communications to this complaint, but they were too large and exceeded the file size on this website. I'm happy to provide those email exchanges separately. I received no responses from Echo Peak design on any of those messages. Additionally, I tried reaching out to them via phone, ******** messanger, etc. No responses or updates on my order. However, I can see that my ******** messages are being read, but Echo Peak Design is not responding.At this point, I just want a refund. But I can't get a response from anyone at the company. If BBB is unable to help, my next step would be to file some type of claim in small claims court. Please help!!

      Hello - I've tried getting in contact a number of times with the vendor.  I tried to attach the communications to this, but I got an error from your system.  I can provide the communications separately if needed.

      7/16/2019 - email (no response from vendor)

      7/28/2019 - email (response from vendor saying order was delayed, but would be shipping in a few weeks)

      10/31/2019 - email (no response from vendor)

      12/12/2019 - email (no response from vendor)

      5/15/2020 - email (no response from vendor)

      6/22/2020 - ******** message and phone call (vendor did not respond, but ******** shows that the messages were read)

      6/25/2020 - ******** message and phone call (no response from vendor)

      3/14/2021 - email (no response from vendor)

      3/17/2021 - ******** message (no response from vendor)

      3/12/2023 - ******** message (no response from vendor)
