    SEPT 11,2022 I BOUGHT A T- ***** FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I WAS ACTULLY TOLD F*** YOU BY BOTH *****S I HAVE THE EVIDENCE BOTH ON ******** MESSAGER AND IN MY EMAIL I WAS NICE ALTHOUGH I WAS ****** OFF AT THE MOMENT WHEN I BOUGHT THE ***** IT DID'NT SAY THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS BECAQUSE THE **** WOULD'NT OPEN FOR ME OTHERWISE I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT I DO WANT A REFUND NOW SINCE I WAS TOLD TO BASICALLY TO F*** OFF BY THE ***** ******************************* AND MARK ********************** THE FORMER ****** DRIVER SO IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THEY SHOULD"NT BE ALOUD TO DO ANY BUSSINESS OF ANY KIND I HAVE CONSIDERED LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE OF THE VULGAR LANGUAGE .

    This is in response to the letter I have just received in the mail regarding a complaint from one of my customers. This customer is claiming that I refused to give him a refund after I sent him the wrong size T-shirt. This is incorrect. He ordered the wrong size T-shirt and then demanded that I send him the correct size. I explained to him that he could purchase the correct size and that I do not accept returns on T-shirts. I will only issue a refund if something was my mistake. In this case, he ordered the wrong size for himself. It was not me who sent him the wrong size as I sent him exactly what he had ordered. 
     
    I have attached a photo of his order. The customer placed an order for a S, but then emailed me saying he had ordered a 2XL. This is false as can clearly be seen in this photo.

    I am rejecting this response because: **** martin told me F*** YOU in a personal email i do not accept this complaint i want my money back from this individual because of the foul language that was used and if not everyone involved will be getting sued for a lot more than the amount asked for the app that was used did not open explaining the refund policy therefore i was not aware of a no refund policy i tried the app several times all I'm asking is for my money back I'm retired on medical and inly get one check a month if no refund again all involved will be sued
