    On april 24, 2023 i was informed to pay for girl care cause i was out of hour i had no problem doing this. I paid for my normal packs 60 hrs per child which comes out to $902.28. They know i don't come often and no one induced a sale was going to happen or that the business could close. at the end of June i tried contacting the daycare through bright wheel no response. i try again on July 5 still no response. i finally when by the business and it was closed no sign nothing. I still have $727.32 of credit at this daycare and they didn't have the decency to contract to use my credits or give me a heads up they were closing. to where know i have to find another daycare for my kids and I am out $700 dollars for daycare that had put for care for my kids. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner of the business at the time. i am getting know where. i have call both other businesses she owns left two voicemails and facebook message her on the business and her personal. I am a single mom who rarely uses daycare but I sometime have to and the facility had knowledge of this. I was never called, informed, or given an opportunity to use the credits i had remaining to this establishment. I am very dishearten that this happened. I was told the business was going under new ownership but in the message there was no indication that the business was going to be changing or closing.
