    We are seeking resolution with Streamlined Services. We worked with ************************* last spring to complete our taxes. What shouldve been a straight forward transaction was complicated by an error on the W2 of my former employer. ******************** found the discrepancy and had me sign a power of attorney to act on my behalf to discuss the issue with ********* Health. He assured us that the issue was addressed and the taxes were filed. We ended up paying him multiple times exceeding $1000. Several weeks ago we were sent a letter from the *** pertaining to the discrepancy. I contacted ******************** whom said he sent a response. He then emailed an invoice at $337.50 for 1.5 hours of time on 1/15/24. He refused to give me a breakdown and would not answer my question as to why we were being charged anything since this shouldve already been addressed. He was texting about the issue and I told him that I would feel more comfortable if we could discuss. He then refused to answer any more calls, texts or emails. He eventually had his office call me but they refused to let me speak with him unless I paid them $60 per 15 minutes. They would not disclose any answers about the billing either. We have yet to receive an actual bill outside of an email and never received the requested explanation of time and why we were charged. After he sent the original email, he sent a late fee just 7 days later bringing the total to $341.72 on 1/22/24.
